High Cement Content Soil Stabilizer MT Series

Goodbye to the time spent worrying about "mud." A new additive for removing mud.

The MT series high moisture content soil stabilizer quickly solidifies high moisture content soil generated at construction sites, enabling immediate removal by dump trucks. Traditionally, high moisture content soil was solidified with cement or lime before being removed, requiring a large amount of solidifying agent and a specified curing period to achieve strength. Thus, we developed the MT series high moisture content soil stabilizer, which can modify the soil quickly with a small amount of additive. 【Features】 ■ Removable in a short time ■ Excellent ease of use ■ Effective with low additive amounts ■ Does not adhere to heavy machinery ■ Can be used in conjunction with cement *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Case] Drainage Pump Station Construction Work

This is an example of improvement using this product, which has been treated to be neutral and dust-proof, in a site where environmental considerations are necessary, specifically with leftover soil from piles.

This construction project involves the construction of a drainage pumping station. During the pile driving using the Nakabori pile method, high-water-content clay soil was generated, so we were considering a simple treatment method. Additionally, consideration for the surrounding environment was an important issue at this site. Therefore, a neutral and dust-proof treated high-water-content clay soil modifier, MT-2, was adopted. After improving the soil with this product, it was immediately transported to a temporary storage area by dump truck. The sand-mixed silt layer had a water content ratio of 50%. With the addition of 3 kg/m3 of MT-2 and approximately 10 minutes of mixing, it became possible to transport it immediately. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Case] Treatment of Water Purification Generated Soil

We will respond to 'I want to clear the sun-dried floor immediately!' This is an example of adding the high moisture clay soil improvement agent MT series to the purified water generated soil and immediately transporting it to a temporary storage area.

This construction project involves the removal of treated water sludge that has been discharged onto the solar drying bed at the water purification plant. At the same purification plant, due to heavy rain, the turbidity of the dam that serves as the water source increased, leading to a rise in the amount of treated water sludge discharged onto the solar drying bed, which posed a risk of the treatment cycle falling behind. Therefore, to urgently remove the treated water sludge from the solar drying bed, a high-water-content mud modifier, MT-1, was adopted, and after being modified with this product, it was immediately transported to a temporary storage area on-site. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Case] River Channel Excavation Work

An alternative to vacuum and sealed dumps! A case where dredged soil was improved and immediately transported to a dumping site about 10 km away.

This construction project involves dredging sediment accumulated in the river to secure the riverbed. The site has a very narrow work yard, and there was no space to temporarily store and air-dry the dredged sediment. Initially, lime-based materials were considered, but concerns arose regarding securing storage space and the potential for dust dispersion to nearby areas. As a result, a high-water-content soil stabilizer, MT-2, was adopted, and after improving the dredged sediment with this product, it was immediately transported to a sediment disposal site located about 10 km away. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Case Studies] Infrastructure Development Project

Optimal for the field! A case where excavation for waterway widening was adopted in the infrastructure development project.

This construction project is a land readjustment project aimed at the large-scale consolidation of rice paddies. In this project, the initial plan was to backfill the existing waterway with locally generated soil for agricultural use. However, due to the high moisture content of the locally generated soil, we considered methods for soil improvement, but using cement or lime was not feasible due to concerns about their impact on crops. Therefore, we conducted trial mixtures to see if the high-water-content clay soil improvement agent MT-2 could be used. As a result, all soil environmental standard component analysis items were below the standard values, and the soil hardness (Yamanaka method) was determined to be 12mm after 21 days, leading us to conclude that backfilling with improved soil was possible, and we proceeded with mixing at the site of the existing waterway. Furthermore, considering future subsurface drainage and agricultural practices, the use of improved soil was limited to a depth of 80cm below the surface. Subsequently, improved soil was also utilized in adjacent construction projects. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
